Our planning endeavors are managed by Teresa Newsome as Planning Manager with assistance from our Subject Matter Experts as needed.  EREC utilizes various adjunct staff members for specific subject matter expertise during the planning process to assist with the plan development.  All plans developed have received client approval as well as state or FEMA approval as applicable.



Our planning team begins any planning project by meeting with the client and determining what specifics are needed.  We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to deliver client-specific plans that meet and exceed their expectations and will meet regulatory approval at the city/county level, state, and federal level.  We also take the headaches out of the process by doing as much of the research and information gathering as possible to streamline the planning process.  We can say with confidence that if we write the plan, it will be approved and it will be functional.  We take pride in delivering a quality product for our clients.
